Project overview
Able Solutions is a non-profit organization that strives to create accessible, inclusive space for all individuals through universal design to ensure everyone has a seat at the table. Their current product is a picnic table designed with a middle opening to allow access for individuals using wheelchairs, strollers, or those needing additional seating accommodations.
As the Brand Designer, I collaborated with the business partners to develop a cohesive brand identity with clear brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and reinforcing brand recognition across marketing platforms. I then produced custom print and digital collateral, providing Able Solutions with brand-aligning resources to use as their company continued to grow and evolve.
Brand Guidelines
-
This is an overview of the Brand Guidelines for Able Solutions, encompassing all the materials needed to maintain their established brand identity including logos, color palettes, fonts, and brand patterns.
-
Included in the Brand Overview section is an outline of Able Solution’s core values and goals, including their mission statement and target audience which have informed the direction of the brand design.
-
The Logo Variations section of the Brand Guidelines presentation outlines both the Primary and Secondary Logo design and color variations, as well as dimensions and exclusion zones to ensure brand recognition.
The full Brand Guidelines presentation goes into further detail to instruct client about logo specifications and correct vs incorrect usage.
-
In this section, I include an overview of Able Solutions color palette as well as color pairings and ratios to establish and maintain a consistent visual identity.
In the full presentation and overview, I provide the clients with both HEX codes and CMYK values to preserve brand colors across print and digital platforms.
-
Within the Typography section, I outline brand typefaces, text hierarchy and sizing, as well as an example of typography application to give clients a frame of reference in future projects and marketing campaigns.
-
To close out the Brand Guidelines presentation, I included mockups of Able Solutions to give clients an idea of how their brand will look in action. These mockups spark ideas for promotional materials and future marketing projects.

Web design
To meet client needs, I developed a site that was clear and easy to navigate, with the central focus of the site being to advertise their Able Table product, as well as promote the brand story.
